The preliminary planning of the industrial plants enables the definition of the general layout, along with the different solutions. It sets out the selected criteria and the machine production processes, with a special focus on the requirements of operational productivity and efficiency desired by the client. This stage includes an assessment on energy and environmental impact and pays heed to the territorial and traffic characteristics of the area.

The most modern technologies and the aptest ones for the requested project are utilized, by resorting to advanced software for the virtualization and simulation of processes and for the sequencing of the single operational activities.

Lastly, the costs of machines, plants, assembly, test and setup of the system are calculated.

Each project is entrusted to an experienced Project Manager who develops and coordinates the order, by allocating the tasks to the single companies, by planning the production times, and by monitoring the production process and the various construction stages.

The Project Manager operates in close contact with the work team, consisting of technicians and production managers, by sharing the technical choices and by ascertaining the qualitative standards of all the components.

It is for him to verify the material prior to the delivery, to check the packaging, and to follow up the delivery, by ensuring its punctuality.

A supervisor, assisted by a team of experts from the IGRAM Group, supports the plant installation stage, by training and coordinating the teams of local technicians tasked with running the plant.

After the installation, the IGRAM team remains available so as to identify and solve the production downtimes within the shortest time possible, and trace the necessary spare parts for the ordinary and extra-ordinary maintenance of all the elements making up the plant.

A training and coaching program is set up for the client’s technical staff, who will accordingly be able to manage the plant autonomously, across the different sections:
